Some of you may remember me doing some research on this gun awhile back. Well now it's mine and I shot it yesterday with both ball and shot. I was amazed at how well it shot.
It was dead on with ball at 25 yds. and shot a 2" group offhand.
With shot, also at 25 yds., 1 1/2 oz. shot all went into 24 " making a good pattern using 70 grs. 2f and 12 ga. over powder card and a 1/2 cushion wad and a thin over shot card.
Also it was very quick and never misfired. Not bad for a 200
Yr. old gun.
