PA Bags & Sheath

It was mighty cold here yesterday so I pretty much stayed inside. Here's what I got done.

My "Period Appropriate" leather gear;

The shooting bag is inspired by Half Moon Ranger's pattern. I made a few small changes to suit me.

The belt pouch is a shrunk down modified version of the shooting bag.

And the knife sheath was inspired by the one Swampy made for RC. I've made similar ones before but really liked the look of the wrap around piece for the belt loop.

All of this stuff is hand made and hand sewn by me. It's real leather. The thread I used is B-50 Dacron bowstring material so it can't be PC, but it sure 'nuff is PA. :thumbsup:

Thanks guys. Glad ya like 'em. I've been workin' on lotsa stuff lately. Huntin' season's over... I'll show ya some of the other stuff later. Most of it ain't quite done yet.

Brett, I just got started on another card woven strap. I'm using the same mistake pattern I ended up with before, 'cause I liked it. :grin: This time I got thicker cord. Wait 'til you see the bag it's going on. My wife hates it. I think it's cool. :haha:
