For your consideration, This little patch knife is inspired by a knife in Gordon Minnis book "American primitive knives." Something about this little knife just appealed to me, I wanted to make a reproduction of it. It is worn, well used and I would guess well liked by whoever carried it many years ago. Minnis dates it to the late 18th or early 19th century. My copy has probably a little bit better fit and finish but I think it captures the spirit of the original.
OAL 7 inches with a blade 3 1/2 inches of 1084 HC. Elk antler handle with plenty of character, Iron pens. Tastefully antiqued. A very nice little piece priced at 140. to your door
