I can't say I have, but it would be no different then putting one on any other rifle.

Putting them on finished guns is not easy. They will always look better if you fit them up tight, sand wood and metal togather, engrave it, and then re-finish the stock. If you are willing to finish the stock it's no harder then any other patchbox project. The degree of difficulty will depend on the patch box itself.

I was going to put one on my GPR, but the patch box I ordered was more along the line of unfinished pieces than a kit ready to be inlayed. It got to the point where I wanted to get the gun done and didn't want to mess around any more with fitting the lid to the frame. So I left it for another project... :(
I think a plains type patch box would look great on a GPR. I wish that I had purchased an easier kit and had been able to put it in, since the rifle is kinda bare on that side...
