Patriotic Day Horn

I bought me an 1880 book binding press recently for making flat horn work a little easier, so here is the first one "Hot Off The Press", so to speak!

It's about 10 inches around the outside curve and flattened to about one inch in thickness. I did a little patriotic engraving on both side from designs most of us have seen in text books.

Two things would make it look better:
Rattles on the end of the snake, but especially, my name on the top of the horn!

yes, please do post pix of the press- i'd like to see it. been tinkering in my head with the idea of building something similar ... maybe using those clamps for veneer work.
