Patterns for Pipe Pouch?

I've picked up some good suede scraps and I'd like to make a traditional pipe pouch. The kind worn around the neck with slots for the pipe out front. Anyone make one of these and have a pattern or detailed photos? It would be muck appreciated.

I bought one from a lady in Montana that as quilled. Not too sure how correct it is, but it is shaped like a heart. It is brain tanned including the neck strap. You might look at the "Native Tech" site for a pattern.

My first effort in leatherworking since boy scouts ages ago. It ain't much but it it holds together. I made it so it would hold one tin of Arcadia, my favorite blend.
