I am wanting one of these 2 pistols in a flintlock. Which one do you guys reccomend? I was leaning towards the Bounty as I think it may be better for short range hunting also?

I have wanted a Bounty ever since I saw them advertized. I intend to get a rifle barrel and cut it down to use on a CVA Hawkenish pistol I have.

A friend of mine had a Ultra Hi ??? kit that he assembled called a Bounty Hunter in percussion. It had at least 15" of barrel. It was a both hands pistol fer sure. The Pedersoli version is a lot better looking.

My personal preference, and I own 2 of them, is to the Kentucky models. The Bounty model just looks all wrong! :shocked2:
I have a .45 & .54 cals Flintlocks. They will shoot just fine for game at ranges up to 50yrds.
Practice makes dead animals! :hatsoff:

Thanks fellas!! I wish they made the Bounty in .54 :( I emailed Pedersoli a week ago about this and they never responded :idunno:

Try an online translator-you know we are just ignorant Americans that can't speak Italian so why should they mess with us.
