I looked at the Cabela's site for this rifle, and they have a lot of photos. It's a nice-looking rifle, and got a bunch of good reviews. If I hadn't just bought a flinter, I would be seriously considering this one. Best of luck with the sale.

I haven’t got to shoot it as much as I would like, but I really like my .54 percussion Blue Ridge. Solid rifle. Shoulders and carries well. I have heard good things about the flinters, as well.

My Blue Ridge flinter has a blues barrel and my Frontier has a brown barrel. Could this be a Pedersoli Frontier rather than the Blue Ridge? Greg

The piece definitely came from Cabelas . I have all of the original paperwork and the Pedesoli VHS tape that came with it....lol

I’m not positive, but I believe I recall someone saying their Pedersoli Blue Ridge they got at Cabelas a long time ago had a brown Cerakote barrel (rather then the blue/black Cerakote) like the Frontier. What is the Italian date stamp on your rifle (ie, the two letters in a box on the barrel), or does it say a year on it? My Blue Ridge is the blue/black Cerakote and is from 2019 (“CU”).

They are the same thing. Cabela's just sold theirs, under license from Pedersoli as Blue Ridge.

Yes I am familiar with both of them. The only difference between the two that I own is the color of the barrel. Greg
