I got a full day in the shop today which is unusual this time of year and I thought I would try another Penn. style horn.
This one is 13" around the curve, 2 1/2" at the base.
It has an applied collar with a screw tip, all made of horn.
The base is cherry.
These types of horns have always been tough for me because of the many different elements of the design of these horns.

Ron, looks like a composite, but it's nicely executed and looks just fine. Keep up the great work.
