This is a Pietta steel frame 1860 Army 4 screw cut for a shoulder stock and has the steel back strap for the stock. The date code is BS and shows to be made in 2002. It has very nice walnut grips that don't have the thick glossy finish on them. This one has been sitting in the safe since new and looks to be unfired. There is no sign of rust, freckling or anything to take away from the looks. The bore is perfect and the cylinders are the same. It has the original box that it came in and will be double boxed for shipping. I'm asking $235 plus actual shipping. I can now securely take USPS Postal Money Orders or Paypal if you add the 3.5% fee or do F&F. I only ship USPS Priority Mail insured to the lower 48 where allowed by regs. If you want more information, shipping quote, or photos start a conversation with me and please give me your zip code for the quote.

How about $225 plus actual shipping for a steel frame 1860? Are they out of fashion now? This comes in the original box.

It's best to send me a private conversation. Click on my username and it will bring up a tab that says start a conversation, click on that and then write your message and click send reply.

That one came up on my profile. Look in the upper right hand corner for the small envelope symbol and click on it. It will have the conversations that I sent you there. I'll check shipping for you.

The 1860 is still available. I don't know of anywhere you can get a NIB Pietta steel frame 1860 for this kind of money.
