Looking for a Pietta .44 cal. snub nose or DIY "Avenging Angel" to add to my collection. Blued or nickeled. PM me with revolver condition, photos and price.

Midway had the newer one with the birdshead grip in stock last week.

I appreciate the referral, but I had an issue last year with Midway where I purchased a spare Uberti cylinder that was shipped to me in a simple bubble wrap and not packaged properly. The cylinder had several nicks on the outer edges of the chamber entrances probably by dropping it on a hard surface during shipment. I tried to return the cylinder but Midway would not take it back as they stated that they do not take any BP firearm or cylinders as returns due to their policy of so called liability issues. As such I don't buy from Midway anymore.

You and me both. I have had issues with them lately to. They don't offer much in the way of returning anything any more. Even factory defective items.

Well all I can tell you is that I'm holding one o them guns you are looking for in my hand right now, and I got it on midway lol. I do not need to return it, or anything else I have ever gotten from them.

MidwayUSA’s package has been very poor for years, except in my experience, hazmat shipments. Have received multiple shipments of bullets (the kind we don’t talk about here used in guns we don’t talk about) with trail of bullets from where the delivery truck parked to where they placed the package. Midway has replaced the shipments, though never learning, at least in my opinion, or attempting to learn and correct things. Never had issues with non returnable items, but I would push hard for a replacement, forget asking for return. Clear, bright photographs of the package and the damaged cylinder. Tell their customer service people you want to make damaged shipment claim. Though I haven’t tried using the email address, be sure and cc Larry at [email protected]. Even if the email address isn’t correct, they should figure out your serious and respond.
