My North American arms super companion will go click instead of bang easily half the time

I've not had a single issue with mine. I do use Remington #11 caps exclusively as it says in the directions. Has been a totally reliable revolver.

I know that's what they recommend but unfortunately that's the only caps I haven't been able to lay hands on. Have used four other brands of number 11
