Just in case anyone would like to build one of these graceful dragoon style pistols, I'll post some links to some prints I've found.

TRS has lock castings but if you'd rather not deal with them, Peter Dyson have cocks, pans and frizzens.

That's a sharp lookin' horse pistol! I bet the lock would work great on a longrifle, too. :thumbsup:

How's the musket commim' along?
 
I have too little free time these days, I just started school again. I'm studying for a bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
I've made some beautiful ramrod pipes for the musket, but I'm also working on another restoration project so there's just not enough hours in a day. I'll post some pics when I get my damned laptop working again.
