The lock looks like one of the Spanish made ones
that Dixie used to sell. The barrel is a good one made by Douglas and Dixie also sold them. Overall, I'd say this is a homebuilder's early effort, maybe from the 1960s or 1970s. Lots of folks cut their teeth building a gun from Dixie parts. The price was right and if you messed up the stock you were only out the price of a plank. The metal bits were still fine and could be used again with a new stock blank.
