New Portmanteau just completed. Made from grade #1 tooling leather (6/7 Oz.)
Bag was sewn with Victors pre-waxed 100% Linen thread using a saddle stitch throughout.
After sewing the bag was dyed with Fiebing's alcohol-based Leather dye and then buffed.
Bag measures 8 ½" in length with 5” round sides. The flap overlaps by ¾" on each side.
The strap is 1” in width and the buckle is hand forged.
Price of $160.00 includes shipping to the lower 48 and AK.

I accept orders and make several different sizes in case you are interested.
I have worked a little in leather, and STARTED on making a Portmanteau. I even have some Herman Oak leather. I'm just not experienced enough to trust myself. My bills are rather high right now, but I may well contact you in th e near future. What sizes? What leather?
