Hi everyone. I have a custom made pouch and horn I purchased a while back from TOTW. It is in basically new condition. The bag is bark tanned deerskin (almost black) with a forged adjustable shoulder strap. I really like this bag, but the shoulder strap is just too short - even when positioned in the last hole. I need a pouch maker that can add (stitch)some length to the shoulder strap using the same material and duplicate the color, or just make a new strap. Probably someone who knows how to antique leather. Any suggestions? Thanks, Rick.

Why don't you just return it back to TOW? They know the maker and he could match everything up to make it right.

That's what I'd do! Rick hit it right on the nail, I hate trying to fix or match someone else's work

T.C.Albert, a member here, wrote the book on Recreating the 18th Century Hunting Pouch. If anyone could "fix" your strap, he would be the man to contact for the work.
