I am looking for an "original" tight seemed powder flask. Do not want modern reproduction. Oh, not museum priced.

Repro or original is easy to see. Air tight, look at seams and top attachment. Look for solder repairs, not good for looks or value. What is your price range and what are you looking for, size, plain, design etc.

Can't see any of that on ebay.
 
Typically if you enlarge the pics you can tell a lot, Granted not always. Check the sellers record of reliability. Better yet go to a gun show, you can tell the difference between new and old with one in each hand.
