For those who like to shoot at different paper targets, I found a nice one by dumb luck. I was at the printer in the office and I spied a a DVD on the computer desk. I thought, "I wonder what this would look like and if it will print." I placed it, shiny side down, where the center of the print paper would be and to my suprise, a nice 4.75" diamiter black, thick ring, and a 1.5" white center with ring lines in the bull. :shocked2: Try it with one sheet of paper to see if you like it. :hmm: Nothing to loose.

Interesting idea. Old DVDs themselves make fun targets too. Hung from a string, very challenging whem the wind blows. :haha:

As rendezvous novelty range designers for our past group, we had a motto: "If it'll break or swing, clang or ring, we'll hang it and shoot it, it's just our thing!":rotf: We started a novelty target list on another ML site. Had over 70 target with instructions for shooting and scoring. Best rule of thumb: "If it can be thunked, it can be plunked!":thumbsup:That mind set can be a fun thing to play with. A quick example of things that are (Basically) the same but mentally not:placed set in a hole to stand up to out: a single Angel Hair pasta, regular spaghetti, a linguini, a feticcunni, a drinking straw, a drink stirrer, a fireplace match stick. :hmm: :shake:
