Just wondering if anyone is going to be at PdC this weekend.

I was until we got back from mayo clinic today.The missus has to have surgery tommorow. Me and the ole gal met at prarie 11 yrs ago while camped next to one another it will be the first prarie vous ive missed in 17 yrs. But a greenhorn ive been teaching is gonna still go and do the funnin for us.So if you meet up with a man called bloody cork(kept pokin hisself on the end of his spike hawk so we put a cork on it)take it easy on him have fun ::

 

I have been looking forward to Prairie all year....and then my transmission died in the Buckskinner Mobile. We're a one van family now until next week....bummed like you can't imagine.....

Have fun, folks, Prairie is a great one for shopping.

I thought about trying to get down to it but as usual, have too many other things going on. A large group of us used to go down on Wednesday, meet up there, and stay through Sunday.

I first started going to Villa Louie almost thirty years ago. At that time it was no where near as big a monster as it is now with the flea market and all.

There sure is a great bunch of people down there. Yet like all things the rendezvous itself has changed a great deal over the years.
