Designed for target shooting or hunting this Rigby style rifle is .451 caliber. 1-20 twist, 32 inch Kelly barrel, 7/8 inch across the flats with .035 deep shallow groves to shoot heavy, lubed or paper-patched, slip-fit bullets. Walnut pistol grip stock, Manton breech, Henry percussion lock with drip bar. Iron furniture finished rust blue, browned barrel. Tuned single trigger, graduated 3- leaf rear sight, hooded front sight. Hard rubber butt plate.

I am the original owner. Built by Doc White of Roosevelt, Utah about four years ago and signed on the barrel. Unfortunately Doc has passed away so there will be no more like it.

An accurate target rifle with a 460 grain bullet and 70-80 grains of FFFG powder. And, the knock down power of this size bullet on big game is very good. As new, less than 75 rounds fired through this gun. Weight around 9 pounds.

$1,400 plus shipping or I will deliver to a point within 100 miles of Portland, Oregon. I will include a couple of boxes of slip fit bullets that fit the gun. Certified check or cash if delivered.

Price reduced to $1,200 plus shipping.

Lee Shaver makes a tang sight specifically for muzzleloaders that has a lower base to help with the straighter stocks on ML compared to Sharps type rifles.
