question about Friendship Indiana

I'm not going to be able to make it to Dixons this year. I've never been to Friendship Indiana. Is there a gathering there in the fall? If so are there gunbuilding/buying vendors there as much as Dixons?
Plus I may want to try a match or two while I'm there.

Yes, there is a geathering in the fall. In fact it is the big one. The National Championship shoot is Sept. 11 through the 19th. If you get a chance to go that is the one. If you can only go for a day or two, go the first weekend. That is the biggest gathering, most vendors (some leave around the first of the week), and plenty of shooting going on. Make it a point to go, you will not regret it. :thumbsup:

Short answer - Yes you need to be a member of the NMLRA. But if you want to hald the cost down to see if you like it, there is a first time membership available at a reduced cost and a one day registration fee for someone who is only going to be able to shoot one day. However I would expect you would rather go for the whole thing once you get there and see what is going on.
