I am looking for a patch worm like the one pictured that will thread onto my ramrod. I have seen other people with them but havent been able to locate one for myself.

What kind of ramrod? That style, I believe, is most commonly found on military rods like CW rifled muskets. What thread is the hole? There are many vendors who can sell you a worm but the thread style/count on the end of your rod must be known.

Are they male or female threads? My ramrod has 10-32 female threads. Im looking for a male end worm.

I have found 10-32 allthread (short pieces) at Lowes (if I remember correct) and also some 8-32, both steel & brass. I've cut them down and screwed the piece into the jag or ramrod as needed. A matching nut will lock it in place.

All mentioned also sell the 10-32 to 8-32 adapters, TOTW sells adapter for M5-.8 metric for Pedersoli Bess or Charleville conversion to 10/32 as well.
They sell male to female, and adapters with male threads on both ends. The all thread is cheaper though, as they charge anywhere from $0.99 to $3.50 for their adapters, depending on all brass, steel thread in brass, or all steel, or stainless steel.
The Sutler of Mt. Misery GGGodwin has a musket worm, for .69 & .75 caliber that is very nice. I have one. It is female, so you would need one of those double male end 10-32 adapters or all thread. I like it, as it is larger than the others most sell that go to .58 caliber. You can use them on the larger bores as well though. This one is pricey I will admit.
