Continuing to thin out my lifelong accumulation of edged weapons, and hopefully find them a good home with one of the wonderful members of our forum.:)

This is a French or Italian-made (I’m sorry but I forget which - I got it 30+ years ago) small sword-esque rapier. It has a 34.5” spring-tempered triangular blade, tapering from approximately 3/4” to 1/4” wide, a brass wire-wrapped black grip, an antiqued brass knight’s head pommel, and a pierced floral design, antiqued brass hilt. Overall length is approximately 41”.

$125.00 shipped to your door. Thanks for looking!

I don’t have a scabbard for it (neither did Arya :) ) but I will throw in a handmade sword “frog” for it.

brewer12345,

It is more of a thrusting blade, so it is pointy, but not necessarily edge-sharp. I think you could put a bit of an edge on, though. It is spring-tempered, high-carbon steel. It is firm and not flimsy, although you can bend it quite far, and have it go back to true.

I have a similar one, but specifically left handed (made for me). To duel with my wife, who is right handed, this may be handy. Covid may bring us close to blows. I would offer ..$75, delivered, so that she may defend her honor.
