SOLD REDUCED .50 CVA Mountain Rifle

REDUCED This is one of the MADE IN USA rifles with 4 screw German Silver patchbox. I believe the barrels were actually Spanish, but the history of these is unclear to me. The 32" barrel has 1:66 twist. Finish is fading with high edge wear. Rust around nipple and drum area. Nipple is frozen and needs a good soak. Bore shows pitting that I have improved using blue Scotchbrite scrubbing pads on a bronze brush. Needs more work. Maple stock is in very good condition, with only minor handling marks and scratches. A little elbow grease and it could be a decent shooter. $250 + Shipping.
