Is anyone else planning to attend this one?I'm thinking about trying to check it out for a day or so.Never been to one but I've been wanting to go to one for awhile now.
It's a little far for me to drive, but you should go and have a good time. If you have time, drop down to Arrow Rock and tour the Sites gunshop. There are other period buildings with crafts for the wife, a lodge, and other assorted establishments.
I think there is a display of ML guns in the visitors center too. Not sure about that though.
Where abouts is Brunswick MO, and about how far from Omaha, Ne, and when? I dont have a lot of freee weekends coming up, but I wouldnt mind going. Will there be shooting events?
I have never been to this rendezvous, so I don't know how good it might be. Some of these events are pretty good, others are a bust, so without firsthand information, you takes your chances. IMHO, either way, it's gotta be better than listening to the Old Lady bitch about money, the kids, and how you don't spend enough time with her. :hmm: :wink:
Nearly all rendezvous have some sort of shooting events. Most events in Mo shoot at steel swingers, rather than paper, and IMHO, shooting at steel is more fun than shooting at paper.
