Might be easier to get a 15/16” TC Hawken or Lyman stock and then find a barrel, or buy a complete gun. Piecing together a gun with components that haven’t been manufactured in years is doable but difficult. The one inch fast twist barrels are out there, ranging from a little to very pricey when they do come up for for sale. Guys like @Idaho Ron, myself and others who stocked up on the GM LRHs years ago are not selling selling right now.

I do remember seeing a 15/16” barrel in a one inch TC stock on the rack at a pawnshop that was ‘fitted’ with duck tape. Recall the hammer and nipple not lining up, as the barrel and tang needed to come forward. Guess it could be done, but I believe the entire tang and barrel would be riding in epoxy. In my opinion, a lot of work for what you end up with.

You do not mention what caliber you want. A TC Renegade or Hawken barrel (1”) could be rebored to something larger than 50 or 54 caliber, depending on the caliber you started with, for $150 or so, as others have mentioned. You could also get a one inch barrel relined in most any caliber for maybe $200 if the liner you want is available.

An option I do not believe anyone has mentioned is that Lyman sells 15/16” fast twist barrels, though likely not in stock anywhere right now. But you would still need that 15/16” stock. Check places like MidSouth.
