Re.: Dissappointment with T/C
I wish to report that after I wrote a letter to T/C, attn. to Tim Pancurak, regarding the off center touch hole in the T/C Hawken flintlock version,and after I just now spoke to Tim on the phone, he promised to check the fit of the lock on a new batch of stocks expected any time soon. Then an exchange of stocks can take place, hopefully without running into Canada Customs for a 7% charge for the socalled Goods and Service Tax.
Anyway, just to let everybody know that T/C is still first class when it comes to look after it's customers.
I will report here if and when this messy error in quality control has been rectified.
