The end of the white oak log was a bit short for another tankard so yesterday I thought I would play some with it to create something new. The next to last photo is from the Encyclopedia of the American Revolution. I hope you like my interpretation using a rotten looking log originally cut in 1819 with 300+ year old wood. Since this is cracked and looked old to begin with I just put linseed oil on it inside and out to make it look old. No drinking out of this one. $35 plus shipping

I got the cup this evening, and it looks better than the photos. :thumb:
Plus, it has a cool history, so it'll have a prominent spot in my display of treasures!
I'm pleased, and will be watching for Flintlock's other offerings.
