Does anyone know where more info on the Ribauldequin or organ-gonne can be found? The only place I have found so far is in french and italian manuscripts. The english had used them from about 1340ish but they never seem to really describe the manufacture or use of them.

Not sure if this is what you are after but there are a few photos and a small amount of information in the book "Early Gunpowder Artillery c.1300-1600" by John NORRIS
