Right there on the title and ad … Richland Arms … they also made a copy of the Tingle.

Richland arms is the importer …it’s an Uberti or Pietta most likely

Nice revolver and a great price! It won't last long. I don't believe Richland Arms made anything. They were an importer. I had a Richland Arms Remington 44 made by Armi San Marco. Photo's of the barrel marking proofs will answer the question.

The few I’ve seen come up for sale before were advertised as being made by Armi San Marco. As Oldrust said the proofs should answer the question.

Richland Arms revolvers out of Michigan should be stamped with Richland Arms on top of the barrel. Maker if ASM probably under the barrel. Pietta, Uberti, or Rigarmi are usually visible on the visible exterior. If Pietta the maker mark might be a *** inside a small diamond.

It appears to have safety pins at the cylinder rear. I’ve owned three ASM revolvers and none have had safety pins.
Based only on my experience, This is most likely Pietta or Uberti.
