When people say, "PayPal ", I think F&F. But there is another way to use PayPal that I forgot about.
It's when a person can transfer dollars from their account, not borrow, to another person's account. I
maybe that is what you were referring to. Well, I don't do that either. However, if you still want this item you can have it for $25 which includes shipping. What say you?
