I want to share someting that has worked well. I hunt hogs in the marshes along the Georgia coast. Add salt to bp shooting and things get rusty in a hurry. On by boat I had been using a product by Sentry called "Marine Tuf-cloth". It is a cleaner, lubticant and rust preventer. I wiped by New Englander with it befor my last hunt. Without going into how graceful I can be, my gun wound up in salt water. Not just a little, but all the way in. The temp was in the sixties so I was not worried about me but my gun was another matter. I made sure the bore was clear and fired the charge . I dried the gun off as best I could. That was at ten in the morning and I was not picked up until six that evening. No rust formed on the gun. That night I pulled it apart to look everywhere. No rust. Next morning, no rust. It has to be the Tuf-cloth because in the past, rust would form on this gun while I carried it in the marshes. Has anyone else used this product?
