My neighbor and good friend's brother was the pilot of this bird. We heard the news this morning... very sad. After serving a tour in Afghanistan and coming home to die in an accident like this... well, it's just sad.

My heart is heavy today. We lost a couple more good guys, and this one is close to home.

It is sad, thoughts are with their friends and loved ones in this time of sorrow.

As an army veteran, who served in 3 different cavalry squadrons I, too have lost a couple of friends and several acquaintances to training accidents. My heart goes out to you and to the families of those men.

A folded flag is not much of a replacement for a husband, father, or son, but I hope in some way it shows the survivors that we are all eternally grateful to their loved ones.
