following up on what has brown done for you - after many phone calls and visits, i received a check today for my claim. this was the claim that was first denied. i guess being a pest paid off. i'll be damned if i was going to let them break a rifle and get away with it. i used the money to pay for my renegade smoothbore. hope it comes some other method than brown. :grin: :grin:
 
I've had very little trouble with UPS or my driver. :bow:

We have a UPS driver that comes to our plant sometimes that would give her a run for the money. :hatsoff:
 
So, how much pestering did it take before Big Brown bellied up a check? Did you find one person in particular or did you call every day?
 
four months, i called every other day, and several calls to a person in claims that said i shouldn't have this number! i called texas and virginia half a dozen times. the ups store that shipped it for me was most helpfull. they gave me phone numbers that they probably shouldn't have. there getting pizza tomorrow
 
Can you post the #s? :rotf: Betcha they'd change it muy pronto. BTW, I've never had cause to file a claim, but if I did (and had bought insurance), I'd take it to both the District Attorney's office for fraud and to the state insurance commissioner.
 
Man, I need those #'s, UPS screwed me out of $100 for breaking my r/c helicopter, and I call em all of the time and everything, I don't know what thier problem is, but I'm glad to see that someone got thier money back...good job :thumbsup:
