This scrimshaw priming horn measures 5 1/4” from wood base to tip of stopper. One side depicts the Rev.War in NY in ‘76 and the fall of Ft.Washington. The other side is inscribed “My horn and I have wandered far for lobsters, redskins, der and bar. From Mars to Ohio we kept your powder dry.” The edge of the horn is the Hudson River and Ft.Edward, with an arrow pointing “Ye Way to Canady.” Well-used but in good condition. $95 shipped. Will accept USPS M.O., personal or certified check. Please PM for more pics or questions. Thanks!
