SE Wisconsin/Northestern IL.

I am looking for a good Muzzleloading Club in the area of SE Wisconsin/Northestern IL. I really do not want to travel hours to shoot. Anyone have any contacts etc?

have you tried Bristol (CCKC)just over the line
on AH off Rte 45
They have the wilderness range in the back
for BP shooters there web site is Bristolranges.com open sat/sun 9-3
good place to just shoot nothing formal
25,50, and 135yds

worth joining if you need a place to shoot
check out the web site or drive up there
some weekend they wont charge you if you dont shoot and you want to check it out
members pay $5 for the day nonmembers $30
to shoot

Thanks Geb. I found a nice place up around Milton, WI. called Rock River Buckskinners. Seem like a great bunch of guys.To late to join this year, but I will be there in Jan.

Yes They are! They have a Rondy
in may called Otter Creek used to go to
itin the 90s was a good one.

Hey Cap
To first join it is $190 with the
assement fee but after that its $75
a year $5 bucks to shoot vers $30
and if you are realy interested you
can volunter as a range officer after the first
year, and you get your membership free and shoot for free. You need to R/O 7 days out of the year

Can you choose which range you want to RO on, and when? (i.e, Wilderness?)or do they assign you to fill what's needed?

Yes Cap you can pick what ever range you
want. Wildernes is always looking for RO's
just contact the head RO on the wilderness range.Wilderness is laid back
I also shoot CAS so I am a Ro on the skirmish range. You shoot on any range for free when you are an Ro

I know of that one also, the one close to Whitewater is much closer to where I live. But I do plan to attend some of the monthly shoots there. Thanks
