I'm not really into pistols, I won the barrel and wood so I figured give it a try. Found out there is a ton of work in a pistol! I learned a lot, made the trigger and plate, entry pipe, side plate and pouring a pewter nose cap. Stain is aqua fortis and that is pretty cool stuff, finished w/boiled linseed oil.

Sorry, I forgot some details. The barrel is a Green Mtn. Cut off, in 50 cal. Octagon to round. The stock is a plain piece of hard maple. The lock is stamped Blount Co. I had to do a bit of tuning but works pretty good now. Thanks for the comments.
