I was just looking at that awsume knife before this new topic.
My question is where can you sell your work?
I am just a newbie and still buy the blades and just put the handles on them.
However, as all you know, you can build a lot more then you can ever use.

List them in our free Classifieds, purchase and ad in a magazine, purchase "merchant" space at a Rendezvous or trade fair, create a web site.

Anywhere but in the forums. :winking:

Thanks Claude,
I will try the classifieds first, have been using my local gun store and TOTW, but they all want 20%/30%.
which is fair, but it sure eats up the profits :cursing:

As a fellow craftsman it's disheartening when we can't sell our product for what we believe it's worth. The flip side is the wonder and awe that item is going to create for the generations that follow. Before I leave this world I would like to leave something behind for future bp enthusiasts.

I have dealt with the same promblem with consignment, but you just have to state what you want for your product, and let the seller tack on his consignment fee. If you think you are asking a fair price don't take less until you are sure that it won't move with the added consignment fee. You may be surprised if you have a good product.
