Any idea of value on this?????---Original box,and paperwork, pearl grips, fired 4 time and cleaned right.as new condition with 12 years of nice patina. Regards, Folsomjack

Very little value. Made by Classic Arms in the late 70's, early 80's Plastic grips, all brass, smoothbore. I picked up a kit at K-Mart when they were being closed out for $19.00 in the early 80's.

Yup, but that was then and this is now.

Dixie offers this gun in a kit form for $142.50 and it is still made by Classic Arms.

IMO, it and the Ace is about the only two guns made by that company that are worth carrying out the door.

Some folks may want one because it sorta resembles some of the "boot pistols" that were used by gamblers and it makes an interesting addition to a collection of black powder pistols.

As far as worth is concerned I wouldn't pay more than $70 for it though.

I picked one(snakes-eye) up at a antique /flea market. The guy was selling it as a paper weight. Cost me 20 bucks. Works like a charm. Whoever built it did a good job. I can still see the seller smiling with glee at getting 20 for a paper weight.
