How far of an offset is the belt strap from the bag?

Bag is unlinked with a small pocket. An old brand on the belt loop. Heavy leather with a

welt around the flap.

Thanks for the reply Mark, but I'd want the belt strap more towards center or upper on back of main compartment not above entire compartment as these are. Just my preference, they look like nice pieces though.

I think I saw that one posted by you and if I'm correct that it's the same one, then this one is too big for what I am looking for. Am I correct that this is 8.5"x8.5"?
