Short starter helper

For those senior shooters, myself included, with arthritic hands this will help on woods walks and will fit in your shooting pouch. Made from a 3/4" X 1/2" copper tee filled with lead and a 6" dowl. Weight about 12 oz. For a heaver weight a 1" X 1/2" tee will weigh about 14 oz.

i have been using rawhide hammers for years with the handle to push the ball down, and the head to tap the ball in, they do work great,,,,,,,,,,,

Great idea, @nessmuk !

I suppose, by plugging the horizontal section of the “tee” at the right depth(s), maybe with a short section of tight-fitting dowel, you could have powder and shot measures.
