I wonder if there is some kind of a shoulderstock, i could buy for my Trapper pistol?

I've never seen anything like a stock for the Trapper. You'd probably have to make it yourself, and invent a mount for it too, or have them made for you.

I think you could make something to work by taking the butt cap off and mounting the stock to that.Lite loads only.Could be pricey.

Yes, and use the screw to the buttcap. But i dont like the stock to look modern style. Do you know about any pictures to look at?

Sounds like a neat idea.
I have a flint trapper I like, but I have some arthritis in my wrist and fingers and sometimes it's hard to hold.
I've thought about shortening it.
I have fired many lugers and mausers with stocks and have one of them Navy arms dragoons.
The biggest trick will be a rigid tight connection. Most have some wobble, which is a bad thing.

There is some little tread combo thing. On one end there is wood tread, and on the other end there is a metric or inch tread. So you could have the butt cap mounted with a metric or inch screw when you like it pistolstyle, and mount the shoulderstock when you like it riflestyle. That way, you dont wear out the woodtreads. Then its just the making of a nice shoulderstock, that look autentic. You have to find some autentic pictures.
