About a month ago I broke tip off my wiping stick for my rifle. I was doing another project so replacement was delayed.
I ended up messing the old one up so got one with a little pack of supplies from track of the wolf.
Got my tuit repaired and put a new tip on.
But some time ago I watched Black powder TV and he made a wiping stick. Based on one in a painting of a Great Lakes Indian, with fusil in hand, a capote that

has seen better days and a wiping stick with a nice handle on top
I had a bit of scrap oak laying around begging to be useful, so I whipped out one following BPTV design
