Be careful with it. I use it as a degreaser in my machine shop and find that steel cleaned with it rusts fast. I've used it straight, 50/50 and even 10 to 1 ratio with the same results.

Just make sure to not leave any in the bore.

The bunch I shoot with use a mixture of Simple green, water soluable oil and water. I like it for long shooting sessions. GW

 lishen here, I like mine straight up, fuzzget the rocks---hick!!!!!! :youcrazy: :rotf:

Lawdy Me, I didn't know it was for drinkin' too! I would hafta mix it with a little sumptin' to get it down. But New York winters.... may need it straight!

I have considered it but got to using that
murphy's combo and am very happy with that. But be-
fore I did I tried every thing I could think of..
I liked Boraxo and h2o..worked well but like all
of the cleaners the barrel must be rinsed out well
like at lease three times. Lightly oiled and CKed
after a couple days for rust rings on the patch.
So far never happened..
