my e-mail has changed since my post and i have been off line for a while please send me a pm again and ill respond this time asa i lost a bunch of things to my old server thank you

When folks here say they sent you a PM (Private Message), what they are really saying is they sent you a PT (Private Topic on this forum).
Look to see if you have a little PT flashing from the top of the screen at you. Click it and click on the message that was sent to you.

The PT (or EM's on other sites) doesn't have anything to do with your E-Mail. It's a local thing on this forum site.

Zonie, I might be talking out of my arse, I'm not the most computer literate. When I get a PT it flashes on the top of the forum page, I got that part correct. But I also get the same PT in my E-mail page. Kinda like the forum has forwarded it to my E-mail account. Now I'm not complaining, It's nice to see it there, if I have'nt been on the forum and I see it in my e-mail first I know there is a message waiting for me. Now I'm not knocking nothing or nobody just asking if that is normal? :hmm:

I think if you go to your "MY HOME" at the top of the page and then click on E MAIL OPTIONS" the page you will get probably has the Forward PTs checked.

I only have the "MASS MAILING" checked on my home site so I don't get the messages sent to my E MAIL address.

If you want them sent, leave the settings alone. If you don't want them sent, uncheck that box.

Thanks Zonie, See I'm becoming more literate as we speak er, uh, type. Thanks again
