I have been making these starters based on a drawing from an early 19th century book. (This info is provided in an earlier posting of Ball Starters). Today I made a couple of custom starters and realized I have not made any that can accommodate smaller calibers. This one is constructed of 1/4" (.250") brass rod for .32 or maybe little less caliber firearms. The knob is curly ash.

I drilled and tapped an 8 X 32 hole so that, if you wanted, you could screw in a jag to accommodate a larger ball. I will ship this to you for $18.50. I prefer PP F & F or MO, Check or Cash.
