small pistol flask

I found this small pistol flask someone tell me if it is old or new.No makers marks looks like steel screws holding top on not brass.Looks like is a naked man maybe Adam in a garden with dragons on the sides same design front and back brass all the way. Will try to ad picture.

A quick look in Riling's "The Powder Flask Book" doesn't show many flasks with humans depicted on them.

A picture would help to identify your flask (assuming Riling shows it in his book).

I was told it was Neptune coming from the sea.It looks like original.I can't remember how to post picture.
