I'm looking for a soft cover (case) for my Kibler SMR. Does anyone have recommendations?
When I finished my Kibler smr I had the same dilemma. So I grabbed a pair of some of my old blue jeans, cut the legs off, sowed them together and that was it. It helps that my size is 34×34. It is just what I need for going to the range.

I made my first one, a fringed plains rifle cover for my old CVA St. Louis Hawken, from the scraps left from the making of my friend's red and black Hudson's Bay blanket capote. I have also found good padded longbow socks to work great for flintlock longrifles.

I've one made from a blanket and a leather one that came with a rifle I ordered back in the '60s.
