Almost ashamed of this, but........ I bought this 32 caliber Crockett rifle at an auction thinking I could restore it and use for small game. But now I'm just too busy with a new job. The barrel has some minor rust on the inside and outside. IMHO the barrel inside was pretty rusty but maybe only surface rust. Hoyt will sleeve it to a 36 caliber for about $200 he told me. Stock, lock and trigger are in great shape except for a laser etched squirrel on one side of the buttstock and a laser etched nut on the other side. These can be sanded off if you don't want them. I kind of liked them. Price is $200 plus $50 shipping. Will make a great winter project, and in the end a pretty nice Crockett.

The barrel has some minor rust on the inside and outside. IMHO the barrel inside is beyond saving, but you might think different. Hoyt will sleeve it to a 36 caliber for about $200 he told me. Don't forget the 1.5 year wait. I just talked to Bob. He said 1.5 year back-up at minimum. Semper Fi.
