Here's a couple of hunting pouches that I have made. the first one is MY first attempt at leather work. I made it about 12 years ago.

Let me know what you guys/gals think..any feedback is appreciated..

I have no experience, but would like to try some day when I find a nice piece of leather.

That being said, I think you did a great job. I'd be proud to say I made those.

Great job on the bags, hawk and the knife. I've heard of taking your time on a project but 15 years on a knife :idunno:  Just kiddin' ya. I've got a couple projects that's been laying around longer than that... :shake:

Sweet, an actual black bag. Been doing a lot of looking for those, there aren't many pictures of them out there. Nice job!

Great looking bags.

What weight leather on bottom bag?

Is the lining on the flap canvas and is it glued to the leather?

Is the inside of the bag lined?

Thank you.

Not sure what weight the leather was..its too heavy for makeing mocs and not heavy enough for belt leather. the entire bag is lined with canvas..the canvas is initialy glued to the leather with elmers glue. however the glue is just to get it to stay in place till im done stitching..the canvas is stitched into the seams of the bag.
